HOW CAN I ORDER A HEADPIECE WITHOUT TRYING IT ON?

Eva has over 14 years' experience designing, fitting and making hats & headpieces and has a really good sense of what style is appropriate for what occasion and what works with a particular outfit and personality. 
Eva often works over the phone and through email with clients she has never met in person with great success. It can help for Eva to receive a photo of your wedding dress or special occasion outfit and she might need to know your head size and hair colour (so that elastics and headbands blend in properly). Contact Eva to start a custom order.
SOME HEADBANDS SEEM HEAVY. IS IT COMFORTABLE TO WEAR?
Some of our crowns are richly embellished and quite heavy. The weight of each product is written in the product description. We will add 2 small metal hair combs to ensure extra support for headbands that are heavier than 75g.
I HAVE A LARGER HEAD SIZE AND HEADBANDS ARE USUALLY TOO TIGHT. 
Usually most headbands are in one size that fit a standard head size, but Eva can make you a headband that is less tight which makes it comfortable to wear. This is with no extra cost! Just let her know of your request. 
DOES MY HEADPIECE INCLUDE A HAT BOX?
All of our headpieces are beautifully packaged in a hardcover luxury hat box. Box will protect your hair accessory from dust and sunlight.
I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER A HEADPIECE AS A GIFT TO MY LOVED ONE
You can buy our gift card so your loved one can choose herself which headpiece would she like to order. Gift cards are valid up to one year from purchasing date. Amounts start from 50€.
If you would like to choose the accessory for your loved one yourself then we suggest to consider some details:
* What colour jewellery (gold/silver) is she usually wearing? 
* What is her style and how bold she is with her outfit choices? We have hair accessories that are more casual or headpieces that make a statement.
* What colour would she love?
DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX?
International order may be subject to customs fees which your country's customs office will charge direct to you. Eva Oherjus Design OÜ is not VAT registred and will not collect any extra tax.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We understand shopping on the internet is difficult! We have provided good quality photos and videos of each product. We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if not, we ask that you send your item back within 14 days of you receiving the item. Read more about refund policies here:

We hope you understand that customized hats and headpieces can't be returned but Eva will do everything in her power to make the piece perfect for you– we will take a lot of pride in our attention do detail.
