Refund policy
Our headpieces is made-to-order in our Tartu studio. We appreciate your understanding that personalized headpieces, allowing you to select unique details when placing your order, are non-returnable. Rest assured, Eva is dedicated to ensuring each piece is crafted to perfection, taking great pride in our meticulous attention to detail.
In the 'Available Now' selection, which features ready-made products, we explicitly state our policy to accept returns for these items, prioritizing customer satisfaction. We hope you are happy with your purchase but if not, please follow the return request process:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of you receiving the item. Please email info@evaoherjus.com for a return request. In your email please state your item, order number and specify the reason for your return.
All return items must have original tags in place and be free of wear, stains, odor, or any condition which would prevent it from being sold as new. All accessories must also include all original packaging in perfect condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Eva Oherjus Design OÜ reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policy outlined above. Items that are not pre-authorized for return will also not be accepted, and will be sent back to you at your expense.
Eva Oherjus Design OÜ cannot accept a return request or returned merchandise outside of the 7 day time frame outlined above.
Once your return has been received, you will be refunded the amount paid, by your original payment method, less original shipping costs.
Please note, you are responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with returning an order.
We regret we are unable to offer returns on products that have been made to order or customized.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, sample sale or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We regret we are unable to offer returns on products that have been made to order or customized.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
